Princeton ExB Workshop 2018
Princeton ExB Workshop 2018
The workshop organizers would like to welcome you to the Princeton ExB Plasma Workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to disseminate and discuss the most recent progress in ExB plasma research. We have purposefully limited the number of participants in the hope that attendees will participate actively and invite lively discussion or debate on some of the most challenging topics in this field. Selected topics include anomalous electron transport, experiments in turbulence, the formation of large scale coherent structures and modeling challenges for low-temperature plasmas. The latest version of the agenda can be found here. Please click on this link to register/book hotel/gain access to PPPL We ask that presenters keep in mind the purpose of this workshop when preparing their presentations. Assume that the audience is familiar with the broader topic and that you can rapidly disseminate recent findings, important results, and pose open questions. We encourage speakers to motivate discussion by challenging the audience and proposed future directions for the field. In general, presentations should not exceed 10 minutes (the speakers should receive exact instructions from the session moderator). General questions and discussion will be held until the end of each session, however time your presentation with consideration that you may be interrupted during the talk.
